I need to change there job to CCSID 37 to send emails using MMAIL and then

But when i do chgjob ccsid(37) send emails and then again chgjob
ccsid(65535) i start getting this error?

How about wrapping the MMAIL call in a CL that's submitted. The wrapper could change the CCSID before calling MMAIL. That way you wouldn't be effecting the users interactive job?

FWIW: I suspect if your job CCSID was 5026 or 5035, instead of 65535, you might not have the problem with MMAIL. Not 100% sure, but since it seems to want a specific CCSID, it kind of stands to reason.
