I have definitely seen this happen, mostly on the "Display Program
Messages/Message queue XXX is allocated to another job" screen. I hit
something other than F3/F12/Enter and after that all input is ignored. I
have to disconnect/reconnect to move forward.

I cannot seem to recreate it on demand though. It seems to happen once
every couple of weeks to me.

Subject: Problem with keyboard disabled

We have had an intermittent problem where a user through some vague
keystroke set will disable their keyboard......a little white dot will
appear and go away in the upper left hand corner of the screen on each
subsequent keystroke, but nothing else works....shift esc, enter, nothing;

the only way we have been able to correct it is to kill the session.

Has anyone else ever seen this or know a fix? I am getting tired of the
phone calls........
