I googled on "audit journal rmvm" and found something in the archives -
did not follow it - and the list of
All /journal/ entries by code and type

A browser search for RMVM brought up 2 entries - both code F - type PD
is access path deleted - type MD is member deleted. Both can happen when
the file is deleted as well.
