Have you looked at the documentation? Here is a link to the v6r1 InfoCenter section on using OPNQRYF - did into it until you find built-in functions - you should open the menu on the left all the way.

All this information is at InfoCenter, although not the easiest to find - but I just googled opnqryf site:ibm.com

BTW, use SQL - you can do this there for sure - or even use native IO and use SETGT with the RRN - even simpler - the file must be opened without the K. Then read it - you have the records with RRN greater than that value.
