We have the need to develop a sockets application to send and receive real
time HL7 transactions. I have read Scott Klement's tutorial and have loaded
his examples and will be using these as my starting point (thank you
Scott!).

So, my first question is this - What port should I use for the server?
2575? A Google search makes me think that 2575 is the "well known" port for
HL7 TCP. Can someone confirm this?

Thanks,

Joe Wells
