IBM does have a Security Group PTF now, and it was being updated about
monthly, and I think Rob had made a post a few weeks back that it was going
to weekly.

I think that phrase is the problem. Most PTFf's are not thought of as
Security Patches. You don't read about IBM finding a security hole in the
I operating system and putting out a patch. You never hear about the
latest CUM came out,
Maybe if IBM had a patch day of month, not sure we need a day of week,
people might look more. I agree PTF's should be done more often than they
seem to be.
