Well, maximally configured has different meanings to different
folks ....

Is the maximum memory for a given model used? Yes.

Is the absolute maximum disk used? Not necessarily. Although it
used to be.

I would disagree that only the largest customers can come close
to having configurations that match what is used to develop CPW
ratings. There are probably many 550 (and 520) customers that
may not have the same amount of main storage (memory) but much
more disk.
