Monitor Message Help

OK folks - I give up. I've used Monitor Message for years for handling
printers mainly and found it pretty easy to setup new entries.



We I have one that is driving me crazy and I must be in "mondo dense
mode" apparently.



We have a web commerce app from a vendor and on the iSeries side it gets
an error every once in a while that needs to be replied to with a C
(cancel). That is actually what they said to do...



Here is the error message that shows up on QSYSOPR:

I've tried with the CPF and the RNQ, thought I had the position correct,
etc. and it still will not answer it. I think I've been messing with it
to the point where, as noted, I'm not seeing the obvious.
