I'm responsible for the 240 dpi note a the bottom of above page. USPS has fixed the iSeries 240 dpi AFP font.
If you choose to use the font method, just make sure you have the AFP font version V1R4.

Register to get to the recourse download page. You'll want the OS/400 application package and you'll probably also want the AFP font package.
