When I did have to maintain it, that is what I did and it made it a bit
easier. I also got lost pretty quickly at first, but in the end I got a hang
of some of it.

I didn't like how it would leave files open all the time though. Most file
opens are done in CL and they are not closed so you would run into lot's of
conflicts with open files.

It does use LOT'S of copy books. At one count I found 95 in one program
which to me is a bit excessive.

I wish I could use WDSC against my (personal) AS/400 to see if that would
help ease the complications, but I'm stuck on V4R2 which makes that
impossible. In the times I did go looking through the code, I got lost too
quickly to get anywhere.
