What's sad about that?

What's sad about it is that if whomever is in charge of the IT for that
company is indeed ignorant of the alternative solutions available to him,
then he/she is doing a great disservice to the company.

We run and appreciate both IBM and Microsoft software products here, because
both have provided value to our company in their own way. 5250 served us
well for many years but, like most of the world, we are moving on.

Anyway, I don't want to fork this thread into another 5250 vs GUI debate, so
I'd best leave it at that.
