from the PARM command help text:

initial-prompt-length
Specify the initial length in bytes. Valid values are 1-12, 17,
25, 32, 50, 80, 132, 256, and 512.

since the *DEC can be negative/positive the length would be 18 so the next
largest size would be 25....

I just created a command with two 17-digit *DEC parameters. So why is it
that when I prompt the command, there's room for 25 digits?
