URL hotspots enabled

If I sign on to a PC5250 session and click an URL, it works. For at least 2
other users, it does not work. I have verified under Preferences that URL
hotspots are enabled. Under Preferences/Web Browser, it makes no difference
if I put the browser's .exe in there or not. (What I mean is, it works for
me irrespective of the .exe being in there, for the others it does not work
irrespective of the .exe being in there.) The only difference between me
and the other users is I am a member of Administrators and they are members
of Users. It _does) work for those users if they sign on to a WinXP PC.

Don't find anything in the archives or on IBM's site. Any ideas?
