But I can't seem to find that document [IBM Software Technical
Document Document Number: 18874457] on IBM's web site.

Does the "Classification: IBM internal Use" mean you can't find
it on the web site?

The designation "IBM Internal Use [only]" does indicate it would not be placed on the web. A reviewed and possibly identical copy without said designation may sometimes find its way there, but hopefully an actual document versus just some topical bullets. Anyway, such /internal documentation/ is generally given out in response to a specific inquiry, but it is not intended as formal documentation. Such documents are more for educational purposes, primarily for assistance in troubleshooting issues. Often they are written by service personnel for others on the same team; stored in an internal KB [Lotus notes] database, which are open for and sometimes under mandated review by service team leads and [designated] developers.
