Hello,

I have a 270 with a 3487 dumb terminal as a console devise. I used to terminate the twinax connection at 4217 printer. I no longer have the printer and need to figure out how to terminate the twinax connection at the 3487. Presently, the back of the 3487 has a two twinax connection cable. The input side is connected to the twinax controller. There is nothing connected to the output side. I have looked at the setup for the terminal and did not see an option to say this is the last device in the chain. Do I have to try and find a bailin that terminates the twinax string?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Dave
