Jim, he wasn't defining one before, but he is now. It still isn't working.
QAUTOCFG is set on.

Bryan, I'm showing Compliance type as *WARNING, Usage Type *CONCURRENT,
Usage Limit *NOMAX, and Usage Count - 2.0. This may be the culprit, but
what do I have to do to fix that compliance type? That wasn't in my license
key downloads the last time I checked. What do I have to do to fix it.
