The problem is that you unclicked Application Administration, which is the
last entry on the first tab "System i Navigator".

I don't know if you do this, and then sign back on as the real QSECOFR
(and not just someone with all of the same authorities) if iNav backdoors
that.

I've poured through all of the APIs and didn't see one that looks like
a
way to do the stuff that Application Administration does via the GUI.
