Well since I was able to log on to the bank via my PC, I exported my
public key, renamed the file to authorized_keys and then used my PC to
logon interactively. I then created a folder within the directory they
locked our account to called ".ssh". This is where I placed the
authorized_keys file. I now can logon from my system via batch using my
public key. Thank everyone for all the help.
