Have several HP 4xxxN lasers at a customer. They tell me that
every morning the first spooled file fails with msg below.
I do end the writers during a nightly process and start them again at 6:30a.
After answering this msg and restart writer - it works rest of day.
I'm thinking the printer is in a sleep mode and not coming out of it quick enough
but wanted to ask others.
They said it's been going on for months.
Note: the condition in the "Cause" where printer is powered off while writer active
is definitely not happening.
