I've seen this kind of thing with communications hangs and with MQ Series
not wanting to play nice... May not be what's going on there, but just add
it to the list of possibilities...

Had a pmr last week where an IFS object was locked but no one could
determine a job that would have a lock on it. iNav saw nothing.
