yes - at that point jobs function as normal - but don't submit a job to a subsystem not yet started...

Out of a little more than idle curiosity, is QTEMP available during IPL? I want to put a function in our IPL startup procedure, and I would prefer creating the files and user spaces in QTEMP so that I didn't have to bother with even thinking about whether or not they already existed.
