Downloads for HMC and FSP code appear to be all hosed up. HTTP, FTP and
Download Director all fail after a short time. Pings to the site also
fail periodically so I'm guessing they have a communications failure at
some point. I've tried from multiple locations with no joy.

Nobody at IBM seems to want to admit it though.....

Anyone else experiencing this?

Trying to order fix MH01148.zip with new 7.3.4 hmc wizard

Tried to order fix with new wizard in hmc 7.3.4. Quite different. You
can't type in the fix wrong. Once you get to the list of fixes you have
to be doing it right. However the fix download itself failed, on two
different hmc's. Have pmr open. Had to send a step by step power point
to the support rep - he hasn't seen it either. I can share that if you
want. (List does not support attachments.)
