Thanks for the reply.

I've tried many CDs. My main project-at-hand is from a 3rd party software house, but in trying to solve the problem I've tried CDs from IBM and from other vendors as well -- all with the same error.

They are all CDs, not DVDs. I can browse them with WRKLNK '/QOPT/*' with no problem. I can LODRUN on them, no problem. I just can't create images w/ADDIMGCLGE, despite assurance from the vendor that it works for them :)

Anyone have that problem?
