The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
My favourite response doing an on-sie IT Support call on a customer site:
Me: "Hi, You logged a call with the helpdesk, I'm here to take a look at
what's happening and seen if I can fix it. Is now a convenient time or do
you want me to come back later ?"
Him (obviously in middle of very involved spreadsheet): "If I let you go
away, you're never going to come back, are you ?"
