To reiterate: the green screen tools PDM and SEU are collectively
included in ADTS, the Application Development ToolSet. It's $795 a
seat, the exact same price as RDi.

To be fair, ADTS has functionality above that of RDi, including SDA, DFU
and RLU. RDi is getting closer, but it's not there yet. On the other
hand, there ain't no outline in SEU <smile>.
