True, if one "didn't do this or that or whatever else" (such as removing
observability and compiled to a release prior to V5R1) then, yes, the
program will work on V6R1. However, the truth is there are THOUSANDS of
programs out there that do meet this "oh crap" category.
Along that same vein, if your PC based program wasn't tied to a particular
version of the OS then it too should run on Vista.
