Are you saying you have V4R5 CL job streams (.bat files if you will) that will not run on V6R1? That really surprises me. Or are you comparing interpretive environments with compiled programs?
For your V4R5 program that doesn't run on V6R1, did you take all of the defaults when creating the program? Retain observability, that type of thing, or did you drop/disable/turn off some of the operating system features?
