Disk Upgrade

We are in need of upgrading our disk space. Below is a snapshot of our
current disk configuration.
Can I just buy a coupe of 140gig 4328 drives and replace the 4326 drives
with them?
I know I will have to stop RAID and restart and all that, but I was
wondering if it will work (and is advisable) with mixed sized drives in the
same pool.
