Hi Rob

Some of the things you can do in SST are controlled by options in DST; I
don't have access to a console to check which options have to be enabled
right now, but if memory serves me you have to enable some if not all of the
security options in DST to be allowed in SST. Are you sure you haven't just
turned these on ?
