The key word being either reasonable or simple. As in for simple file level backups. We don't use Exchange, or SQL Server, ...

Does that handle NTFS permissions on the backup? Also,
you'll still need
to deal w/open-file backups and backing up more complex
systems like
Exchange, SQLServer, and even Active Directory.
