Rather than asking the probably non-existent "network people"....

Pick a PC that has internet access.

Do a Start-->Run--> type "cmd"

On the command line type: "ipconfig /all"

Use the same default gateway address that the PC is using on your i.

You really need a default route and you can't presume the gateway
address. You need to ask your network people.
