Nubridges SFTP

Is there anyone using Nubridges SFTP that is going from the Iseries to
an openssh server.

I am having issues with this and wonder if anyone has had a similar
experience.

File structure

Home/vdss/fromVDSS

Log in with user vdss and start in folder home/vdss.

File I want to pick up is in home/vdss/fromVDSS

If I navigate to this folder, I can see my files, but am unable to
retrieve them.

If I back up to home/vdss I can qualify the file as such
fromVDSS/filename and I can retrieve my files.

I have a vendor that connects to this server and is not experiencing
this issue. He is not connecting from an Iseries.
