Anybody out there using Business Objects XI against the System i?

I think I did, but then the product confused me enough that I cant say
for sure that I did. make sense?? I used the crystal reports
version, with business objects report server XI. I could not config
the report server w/o tech support, which cost $2500 per year. Once
you get the server configured it works well enough. I recall trouble
with the activex component on the user's browser that enabled them to
view reports. crystal reports itself I would not want to use again.
too much coding required in the report itself. difficult for one
programmer to maintain the work of another. tech support was spotty.
If I was repeating the project I would use sql server reporting
services instead ( but then, that is what I wanted to use from the
start ;) )
