I'm not really sure, but doesn't this require an entry in the hosts
table? I seem to remember that was necessary for Management Central....

Subject: IBM Director won't start when I change the iSeries Domain Name

For a long time, the Domain our iSeries was a member of was called
britax.net (CHGTCPDMN). This was because we didn't have a domain, so I
just made something up. We have now got a proper domain running, called
britax.local, but if I change the Domain name on the iSeries to match
this, IBM Director will no longer start. Any one know why this might be?
