RE: sql insert data match error

It's complaining that the YRSSERVC field has only one digit scale (value
beyond the decimal point) yet your literal (0.99) has 2 digit scale.

I think you can safely ignore that warning (it's only severity 10 *INFO
message, right?), but if you wanted to correct it you can just trim your
comparison literal to 0.9 instead of 0.99.

ps..I checked the midrange archives, but the responses
there only dealt with a conversion of the CCSID,
not file data fields.

intention,
to merely extract years worked as a
whole integer into another file.

messages:
