This SQL statement gives you all UDFs (well, barring any iASP complications;
iASP denotes a separate database on System i and has its own catalogues [I
think, don't have iASPs to test with])

SELECT * FROM QSYS2/SYSFUNCS;

As for Navigator, I believe you can only look at one schema (library) at a
time. Go to Databases-->right-click on Schemas-->Select Schemas to
Display-->add schemas (libraries) you want to look at-->expand the schema
you're interested in-->Functions.

This shows me that the particular Function does exist, however, what I was
hoping to see was somehow to list ALL functions. Unfortunately there was no
