Sounds like you're wanting to do a web service using SSL over HTTP.

You could use something like Scott's HTTP API or my GETURI utility to do
this. It will involve a little learning and setup, but is fairly painless.

Ok, I will admit I am way over my head on this one.



I need to send data to a vendor. They want me to connect to their system
using the above method. They gave me a test https url to connect to in an
effort to demonstrate how easy it is to connect. However, that
