I know that RDi is $795/developer. Does 'per developler' enable my
developers to work on both systems as is currently done now with WDSCi?

Yes - that should be fine since you are paying for a development "seat" on the PC - not for the host component.

Compilers are split between heritage and ILE and the numbers I was able to
find indicated that ILE compilers are $1795/processor and heritage are
$1295/processor. ADTS is $795/processor.

Prices are right - but unless it has changed they are also _per_developer_ - of course you can always submit all your compilations to run under a single user! This is part of the pricing they have to fix. The notion of a per developer charge to use the host-based compiler is too silly for words.

Also, you should not need to purchase the compilers if you are current on s/w maintenance - you are entitled to a number of seats of the products you already have - RDi (from WDSC) is the exception because it is "new'. I think though that there is an upgrade discount available - just not sure how long that offer is valid.
