Subject: Cannot Create Function in STRSQL

I want to create my first UDF.

When using STRSQL, I enter CREATE FUNCTION and in return I get "Token
<END-OF-STATEMENT> was not valid."

If I type CREATE FUNCTION and press F4 it tells me 'prompting not
supported'.

If I type CREATE and press F4 I get:

Select one of the following:

1. CREATE ALIAS
2. CREATE COLLECTION
3. CREATE INDEX
4. CREATE PROCEDURE
5. CREATE TABLE
6. CREATE VIEW

How do I go about creating the UDF?

I'm at V5R4 and relatively current with PTF's.

Regards, Jerry
