It will take two SQL statements

UPDATE file o SET Profession =

(SELECT Profession FROM file i WHERE i.Client = o.Client AND
i.ProductType='PT1')

WHERE

o.client in(select client from file where ProductType = 'PT1')

UPDATE file SET Profession = ' ' WHERE

client not in(select client from file where ProductType = 'PT1')
