Watch what happens if I call this program:
PGM

CALL FOXWELL
MONMSG USR0001 exec(DO)
/* Not authorized */

enddo

endpgm

Now, you can change USR0001 to CPF9898 and MYMSGF to QCPFMSG for testing
until you build a suitable message file with
CRTMSGF
ADDMSGD
