Folks:

Anyone know if there is a way to convert from single byte katakana characters to their corresponding double byte representation?

I've got a bunch of message files that contain all single byte katakana or a mix of double & single byte katankana characters ... and I want to convert them to be all double byte.

The QDCXLATE API looks promising, but I can't make heads or tails of what parameters to use.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

david
