I agree... Just trying to point out that trying to plug all the other holes is unnecessary if there is good security to start with.

*ALLOBJ users will always need special audit and controls.

You're right. But, following the other stuff also allows you to audit the
*ALLOBJ users. Sure, an *ALLOBJ user can do a DLTJRNRCV. However, that
operation will be logged into the next journal receiver. And, if noticed,
that user better have a DARNED good reason for doing so!
