STRPASTHR is a no brainer. Replace with TELNET and never look back. Back
when I gave a dang if the SNADS was running I would occasionally leave
STRPASTHR in my bag of tricks to check availability. But the sense codes
and all are so obscure and IBM pretty much locks them down from any open
reference.
You could pull the PDM trick and display a "this command has been
deprecated and should be replaced by TELNET" window.
