Crossware gives UPS an Userid to your system and allows them to map and sync much easier but there is a big backup towards getting this done.

Then you are looking at "CROSSWARE"? it sounds like. No my issue
is even
simpler. I am on an older version of Worldship. We send down some fields
to them. They populate their screens with these fields. Now we have added
some fields to our PF and consequently to their .txt file,HOWEVER, we only
want them to account for these NEW fields in a specific order type, say for
example when the invoice number starts with an "N" or
"I". A pretty
simple logic request that we can do ourselves in 10 minutes or less. BUT
They cannot. So I have to initiaize my new fields in such a way that it
will work. simpy Evaling to 0 is not working for UPS. If you are able to
get them to connect to your machine Adam you are doingbetter than us....I
cannot even get worldship to hook to the damnPF......have been working on
this for three months now.
