Call QCMDEXC as a stored procedure.... the SQL statement would look something like this:

CALL QCMDEXC('SNDMSG MSG(TEST) TOUSR(KLEMSCOT)', 0000000032.00000)

The connecting system is running Windows 2003, and the program is IPCC Express Version 5.0(2) SR1, connecting over ODBC.
