This is the "only" reference to Pitney Bowes in the support site:

If you have software support, you should give them a call. The printer support guys are quite good
and can often come up with a solution to "odd" situations.

Looking through the HP printers supported, none of the PCL5 printers seem to support PJL, SNMP, or IPP. Is LPR the only way to attach a PCL5 device?
