Not sure if there is a way.

If I do a WRKJOB SCPF I still have one that started months before my last
IPL and then has stuff like this towards the end of it's joblog:
Library QRPLOBJ cleared. (This was from back in May...)
IPL from machine area ##MACH#B. (Date time of IPL...)
Slash (/) file system mounted.
/QOpenSys file system mounted.
/QDLS file system mounted.
/QSYS.LIB file system mounted.
...
PTF 5761999-MF43484 V6R1M0 temporarily applied to library QGPL.
...
Applying of PTFs for product 5761999 completed successfully.
...
Applying of PTFs for product 5761SS1 completed successfully.
...
Applying of PTFs for product ... completed successfully.
...
PTFs applied or removed during IPL.

And the currently active SCPF job also has
PTF 5761999-MF43484 V6R1M0 temporarily applied to library QGPL.
