QHTTPSVR subsystem and the other in the ZENDCORE subsystem. IF not
use Go ZENDCORE/ZCMENU option 5 , option 1. Let me try a couple of

Well I've got Mantis software and ZendCore PHP engine installed but get
a 403 forbidden error when trying to access
http://192.168.1.10:8000/zendcore so I can configure email. Where can I
