Any object created on V5Rx will always have the creation template - even if you strip observability.

Actually, if they haven't been stripped of observability, they do.

And there are ways, involving a REXX procedure, to "fix" OPM objects on
a V5 system that lacks development tools, so they can be stripped and
remain V6-compatible.
